Using mosquito surveillance data for the last 15 years we have created modeling predictions for the Greater Toronto Area to assist with risk predictions for Culex mosquito activity over the summer months.

Temperature, precipiation and humidity are unfavorable for mosquito breeding in GTA, the abundance of Culex pipiens/restuans will continue decrease in the next weeks.
